The new rules do not limit the quantities of liquids that you can buy from duty free sales at the airport. These liquids must be kept in sealable plastic packages before they are screened, including proof of purchase at the given airport on the day of the flight.
In case you wish to transport larger amounts of liquids, you should carry them in the checked baggage.
Attention! If the liquids carried in your hand baggage exceed the limit allowed or if they are carried in an unsealed bag, the items will be confiscated by the security officers.
If you come from a non-EU country, entering an EU country, you will have to submit to EU rules. You will not be allowed more than 1000 ml liquids in your hand baggage, transported in the conditions mentioned above. If you buy liquids after you have passed the security check (which is situated in the "sterile zone"), you are allowed to carry them in your hand baggage.
Exceptions: The following items you may transport outside the plastic bag as hand baggage:

Liquid baby food or sterilized water (if traveling together with a baby or a little child)

Special liquid dietary nutrition (e.g. for medical purposes)

Medication (for your entire journey, including stay at destination)
