Continuous Airworthiness Management Policy
 
For every aircraft managed, Carpatair shall:
 
 
   Develop and control the maintenance programs including the respective rehabilitation program.
   Ensure that all applicable Airworthiness Directives and operational directives having impact on continuous airworthiness are applied.
   Ensure that all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the approved maintenance program and released by an approved Part 145 Maintenance Organization.
   Manage the approval of modifications and repairs.
   Coordinate scheduled maintenance, application of AD notes, replacement of life limited parts and components inspection.
   Ensure that all defects discovered during scheduled maintenance or those reported are solved by an approved Part 145 Maintenance Organization.
   Manage and archive all continuing airworthiness records and Carpatair Technical Log system.
   Ensure that the mass and balance statements (weight and balance reports) always reflect the current status of the aircraft.
